Shipping
Every item is made to order. After you place an order, it is printed and packed, then handed to a carrier. We ship internationally through our print-on-demand partner.
Production usually takes several business days (often about 2–7, depending on the product and how busy the facility is). Transit time starts after the order ships and depends on your destination, the carrier, and customs. We do not promise a fixed delivery date. Tracking is sent when it is available.
Shipping rates and available destinations are calculated at checkout. That checkout amount is what you pay. Import duties, taxes, or handling fees may apply on international orders and are the buyer’s responsibility unless checkout says otherwise.

Returns
Because each piece is printed for you, we generally cannot accept returns or refunds for a change of mind, including the wrong size or color, once production has started. Please check the size chart before you order.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from your order, email support@edhaon.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will look into a replacement or a refund as described in our policy. Cancellations are usually possible only before printing starts.
