edhaon.com is an online store operated from Hong Kong. We sell physical apparel and related goods, primarily print-on-demand products fulfilled by third-party partners such as Printful. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

You must be able to form a binding contract under the laws that apply to you. If you use the store on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

Products and descriptions

We aim to describe products accurately, including sizing and materials. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and print processes. Made-to-order items are produced after purchase; mockups and photos are illustrative.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We (or our payment and fulfillment partners) may decline or cancel an order for reasons including payment failure, pricing or stock errors, suspected fraud, or fulfillment limits. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers.

Pricing and errors

We try to keep prices and promotions correct. If a product is listed at an obvious error price, we may cancel the order and refund you, even after payment.

Shipping and risk

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss typically pass to you when the carrier delivers the goods (or according to the carrier’s rules). Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Custom print-on-demand items generally cannot be returned for change of mind; defective or incorrect items should be reported promptly as described there.

Intellectual property

Store content—including logos, designs, text, and product artwork we provide—is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit our designs without permission, except for personal use of products you lawfully purchased.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site (for example, attempting to disrupt services, scrape content at scale without permission, or submit false information).

Limitation of liability
